- If you have purchased the library more than a week ago but have not yet downloaded:
Sorry, but the download links only remain active for seven days (due to security considerations), please contact us and will reset them for another seven days.
- If you've had the library for a while and need to re-download:
For your convenience we always recommend making a backup copy of the entire "Cinematic Studio XXXXX" folder to an external / backup HD for quick and easy re-installation in the future. If you do need to re-download, it's no problem - we can manually reactivate your links and re-send the download instruction emails. However after the first reset this will incur $7.50 fee to cover bandwidth and admin costs.
