Why does CSS Disappear from Kontakt every time I open a new or existing project in my sequencer, or when I reload my DAW?

This is a known issue to do with Kontakt, and can be resolved by downloading and installing NI’s Native Access program: 


After installation, or if you already have it installed, please open it - it will update the metadata for every Kontakt Player library. Once it has done this, restart Kontakt and the problem should be resolved. If you experience any further issues, please contact us and we will provide additional support.
