Library disappearing (Native Access fix)

This is a known issue to do with Kontakt, which can be resolved by downloading and installing NI’s Native Access program:

After installation, or if you already have it installed, please open it - it will update the metadata for every Kontakt Player library. Once it has done this, restart Kontakt and the problem should be resolved.
