Sorry about that, there was a MacOS update a while back that resulted in an incompatibility issue with our downloader/installer that affects some users (we do mention this on our website). We have been trying to get this fixed but it has turned out to be trickier than we anticipated, so for now you'll need to download to an external HD to avoid this bug.
After it has downloaded you can then move the entire "Cinematic Studio XXXXX" folder to your preferred location afterwards, and then you should be able to use the "Add serial" button in Native Access to register the library and direct it to the correct location of the files.
